Our staff is our most important resource. Without them, we couldn’t support your needs. It is our staff’s positive attitude, genuinely transparent compassion and professional work ethic that allow us to serve our clients at an exemplary level.

Our recognition goes beyond words. The level of customer care that we expect from our staff can become emotionally exhausting. We strive to create a low-stress workplace and provide for frequent daily breaks, paid personal leave and paid holidays so they can recharge as needed. All of our staff work from home and have a flexible schedule that meets their specific needs. We are closed on Sunday’s, except for some emergency on-call services, so our staff can relax and worship as they choose.

Our growth allows us the opportunity to promote tenured and loyal team members who can help train and manage their peers. While we consistently commend positive attitudes, good deeds and client testimonials, we provide random bonus incentives that challenge greatness. We don’t believe in singling out particular employees as being or performing better than the rest (Employee of the month) but we do highly encourage all team members to do their best every day. Those who exceed our expectations are afforded extra courtesies or privileges like additional paid leave, gifts and other tokens of appreciation.
