Outreach Initiatives
In response to our nation’s severe debt crisis and catastrophic unemployment rate we’ve felt called to create a Serviced By America / Serviced In The USA campaign. By leveraging today’s cloud-based technology businesses can bring customer service jobs back to our shores which will significantly improve their consumer’s experience, earn brand loyalty and gain word-of-mouth advertising all while saving money from their existing overseas or offshore solution.
Our initiative recognizes global, national and local companies that are already mostly serviced by American labor as well as Political figures that endorse US job growth through this cause. For businesses that are interested in learning how to retool their existing overseas call centers with American labor we have created a website called
servicedbyamerica.com. There we highlight a growing list of supporters, offer a brief history lesson on the ups & downs of our nation’s economy since the Civil War, and offer hope to companies that want to make a difference.
Serviced By America is really about the power of giving back. Not since 1981 have we had such staggering unemployment and the answer then was the same as it is today, reduce the size of government, reduce spending, raise taxes slightly and incentivize US job creation. This initiative promotes:
- US job growth: Make a commitment to retool customer service with experienced American labor. Proudly display our logo(s) on your website and other marketing publications.
- Reduced Overhead: Leverage today’s technology to create a completely virtual service department and significantly reduce or completely eliminate facilities and utilities costs.
- Eco-Responsibility: Virtual / Telecommute jobs reduce carbon emissions, oil dependency, paper consumption, water, gas and electricity utilization, and spawn many other “Go Green” initiatives.
- Consumer Loyalty: Consumers outwardly slander companies who offshore customer service and are making a stand against this practice. Harness American hospitality to create a significantly improved consumer experience.
- Improved Profits: Loyal consumers are repeat buyers and many use social media to praise, endorse and give testimonials which earn new customers.
- Stabilizing the Economy: More employed American’s and happy consumers means more money is being spent, more taxes are being collected and investor confidence goes on the rise.
